We respect your privacy and data and won’t track you all over the web. There are however a few circumstances where information is collected and these are set out below. Obviously, we only collect data where it is legal to do so and we only use it to be able to fulfil our contractual obligations to you, to fulfil our legitimate interests (so long as these do not interfere with your legitimate interests) and to comply with any legal obligations. We won’t use it for any other purpose without asking first.

General Browsing

If you accept or decline cookies, we save a small file which enables us to remember this decision and apply it to future visits to the website for the next two months so that we don’t keep bugging you. We also collect anonymous data that tells us which pages are popular. This does not tell us who visited the website, only the number of visitors that read each page.

Online Bookings

If you register or log into our online booking system, you will be asked for your name and contact details to identify the booking. We will log bookings that you have made and deOccasionally we may add further information that you have given us to enable us to fulfil any special requests that you might have (e.g. a request to be near facilities because of a party member’s health condition) These will be saved into our bookings database in the same way as if you had made the booking by telephone or in person. We will only use your data to contact you about your booking unless you have opted in to our mailing list.

If you have an account on our booking system, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
